The pendant is made of ceramic porcelain. The glazes are quartz type high fire glazes. 24k gold luster and 24k platinum luster is on those iteme with either luster. the cord is shamballa type nylon. There are a variety of beads used on the lanyard: stainless steel, glass, gold plated copper, silver, and brass are used as pictured. Not all of the above are used on any on lanyard.

Items are shipped via USPS. I usually ship within 1-2 days unless I am at a show or festival.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
